The straps are completely broken

I was so looking forward to this handbag but was so unhappy and disappointed when I unpacked it. The chain broke on all 4 ends. For over €60 I would have expected more from this company. I have bought wallets from them before but this time they were so poorly made. I don't understand why they send a defective item to the buyer. If you're thinking of buying this, just stop by. Not worth $60. Very bad quality.
