I ordered this item after a short check. This was a lot easier to install than cutting through the ceiling and installing the hi-hat lighting. However, I wasn't sure how it would light up my 6ft gift cabinet. Judging by the photo, it turned out well. The assembly with tape was very easy. And the lamps don't generate too much heat, so you don't have to worry about placing tall objects next to the lamp on the top shelf. As you can see the bottom of the cabinet is well lit but not very bright. I chose this method because I wanted all the lights to be on top. However, they give you a lot of cable, so if you want to separate and place two parts of the world halfway, you can. This will improve the lighting on the two lower shelves. But I think it wouldn't be as attractive if the lights were attached to the bottom of the glass shelf. The remote control works at a good distance and the power cord also has a manual switch. However, this will not turn the light on if it is already off. But it turns them off and on again if they were originally on when you first pressed the switch. Overall I am very satisfied with this product. And I'm thinking about using it for lighting under the kitchen cabinet.
