Arrived in a white box from the manufacturer, as in the store. Without outer packaging. And the lid was open. Found it in my lobby but that must be thanks to the nearest shipping company because the photo I got shows they left it in front of an apartment building on a busy street. The tree itself was bent in a box. It's flexible, but it takes time and dexterous fingers to shape. And not as complete as in the photo. Some branches were glued together which shouldn't have been making it unbalanced and bumpy in places. I tore them apart by ripping some of the paper bark, but maybe I need to make it harder. Also, I couldn't open the panel from the bottom either manually or with the few tools I tried. The little screwdriver finally made it. It glows and looks beautiful. And I know it's not super expensive. But you get what you paid for. However, Revain didn't specify what you pay for packaging and shipping.
