Review on 🍚 Inomata 1150 Rice Paddle, White: The Perfect Kitchen Tool for Flawless Rice Meals by Robert Tirona

Handy little non-stick tools

My rice cookers (2) are over 25 years old. Each of them had an oar that looked like this. Eventually they became stained and cut, and one of them was exposed to heat and the tip melted. These replacement parts are pretty good, but not as good as the originals. First, they are structured. Good for some things and not for others. My main use is bread baking. I "knead" them in a bowl so my fingers don't turn into a crumbly mass. The texture makes them difficult to clean. The originals were smooth. Also useful on your sundae to scrape off the last bit of that precious stuff without damaging the non-stick coating. (They don't stick, except when small balls of low-sugar ice cream stick like they're welded to it.) They're also not as thick and solid as the originals, but not brittle. They're still doing their jobs.
