Bought to protect sidewalks after carpet cleaning. The roller was heavy and not easy to apply straight. It got stuck in roll and gate several times. Reminded me of old plastic wrap from the kitchen that was too close to the heat. He didn't want to stay on the carpet, especially when they walked on it. People tried to avoid this, so the purpose of protecting the carpet was defeated. My purchase was a mistake and a waste of time and money.
