Does not work with home decor products

I bought this item because the price is right and I use this item regularly for sales. I loved the way the frames were packaged and noticed that the edges of the glasses are beveled, beautiful. I took two frames to an event and when I tried to use them on location I was shocked. My 8x10 print would not have arrived without a nod. When I finally tucked the edges under the tiny rim, the glass would not snap and left a curved paper imprint pushing the glass out of the frame! When I got home I tried putting in an 8x10 paper mat and ran into the same problem: the glass wouldn't stay in place and literally fell out.
