So this was new to me. I have always used regular toothpaste but when my teeth became sore and sensitive to toothpaste I wanted to try something different to avoid the pain. At first it tasted awful. But it foams, which is nice. A little goes a long way and one bottle lasted me about 5 months if I brushed my teeth twice a day. It's been a year since I started this and I'm on my 3rd bottle (my 3 year old threw my last bottle on the floor). This powder doesn't irritate or burn, doesn't have a strong smell, and doesn't make my breath minty on its own, so I need a conditioner for that. I use a soft brush with this and it works fine. I haven't noticed the bad taste yet, and I also use the old regular baking soda between bottles while waiting for my order. Teeth seem cleaner than the regular toothpaste I've used before.
