Twist the latch mechanism to get the correct size

The latch that was supplied was too short before we figured out how to change from 2 3/8 on delivery to 2 3/4 on demand. It worked with the old movement, except we had trouble calibrating it for use with the app because the old latch somehow stuck just enough for the automatic movement to consider it stuck. It was only when I went to oil the old lock that I discovered that the deadbolt mechanism was adjustable. The arrows on the Eufy bolt indicate how to rotate it to adjust size.
