I have been using Startech products for over a decade and have always been satisfied with 99% of their products. 10 years of wiring through commercial and residential installations. (When I call it Boxed I mean Cat5e cable reels in a physical box, not an open Cat5e reel). I've used household store brands, cords from household power supplies, and everything in between. I'm a big fan of Belden brand cable on a spool, but when I'm pulling 10 strands at a time from the attic to the office 300 feet without a hand or in tight spaces, using a coiled cord isn't always possible. It's nice to have an easily accessible product through Revain (when I'm in a quandary or the retailers are out of stock), a product that doesn't get tangled or caught in the box. The reason is a big mouth and a thick smooth jacket. It also doesn't get hot, which causes friction issues midway through like most other boxed cables do. This is now my official goto cable! Pulling over 5,000 feet of cable every day saves you a lot of time knowing the product is working as well as you do!
