I am VERY happy with this product. This is my first time using a USB stick. It took me a few tries because I didn't know what I was doing. It came with no instructions but it was easy enough. As long as you have a USB port on your PC (and you should), just plug it in and follow the instructions. This is a COMPLETE clean install of Windows 10. The option I chose completely reformatted my HD and I lost all my files, but it's broken. I restored use to my 1 year old Lenovo laptop ($400) which was hopelessly related to a software download error. Thanks very much! - For this product. Cheap, fast - and it worked!
