The wheel well fits tight, tight to the 18" wheel and that's GOOD. I was worried it might dangle and dangle which is the opposite of what I wanted. Once I put it on a wheel, it really hugs the shape of the wheel so well that it doesn't feel like a boot - it feels like the wheel itself. squeezing the hard plastic all day caused my hands to cramp.But the steering wheel cover is quite soft with a uniquely textured non-slip surface, making it very comfortable to hold the steering wheel in place, and there are no wrinkles around the wheel's perimeter. I am VERY happy with this purchase.
