The fest is very well made and comfortable. I wore it all day when it first arrived. However, following the directions it was a bit loose on me. I'm 5'11 with an athletic build (I could lean out a little more) but I don't have a tummy. Based on the size guide, I got the XL, but I'm already at the tightest setting. If and when I loose weight I'll have to order a new one.My advice is know yourself. When using the size guide, if you don't have a belly or a sticky frame, go a size down. You can make the best tighter as you loose weight.
