Wayne was great, extremely quick response

Sounded good. connected directly to my phone but after two days of use the handset kept falling off. I found out it's meant to replace ear buds. My impression is a design flaw. Wayne was great. They sent me another style (Bluetooth v4.1 Wireless), actually it suits my needs better than this one. Thanks Wayne Excellent customer service.
