Revain Prime great as always, the goods arrived in two days. Then the problems begin. This item is one of the items that the manufacturer ships to Revain, repackages and then ships to Revain as is. The unit arrived as a box in a box and, while claiming to be 'new', was packaged as refurbished/refurbished by the manufacturer (which Revain had no way of knowing, they simply placed the manufacturer's box inside the box without opening it) . , and send it to Prime again). The device was not the same as in the photo or in the description - there was no "scrolling" from the top, like other Spartan Blu-Ray copiers. Spartan also has a website URL that goes back to GoDaddy and is "for sale" at the time of writing, so there's no way to contact them through their packaging, their literature, or their contact information. Research shows they are based in California, but all of their literature dates to the late 1990s. There was no instruction manual for the device, no user guide and nothing online as they don't have a live website. It's not a complex device though - you put your original (Blu-ray or DVD/CD) on top, it saves the data/images/videos to its internal hard drive, then burns the Blu-ray on the bottom. I will update this review if we ever get a response from Spartan.
