Print Management Software is a great tool for print management companies.
The admin interface has changed since I last used the software but it's still easy to use. It allows printing of single jobs from multiple clients without any manual entry. The print preview feature is particularly useful. This software allows print management companies to add new clients to their account, assign jobs to them and then monitor those jobs when they're printed. This way they can be sure that no job is ever printed without their knowledge. The pricing structure is fair enough for the level of service offered. I would definitely recommend this software.
