Review on Mediscribes by Brian Potter

I love that this is one place for all my health care providers! It's so much easier to get appointments scheduled at once than trying with different apps/websites individually. Also it makes life 10x faster when you can schedule an appt online, rather then going through multiple other websites throughout your day. Not enough reminders are sent out via text or email about upcoming doctor visits which is super frustrating (and time consuming). Please also have more appointment reminder options available such as calling patients directly vs texting them. The ease of scheduling has made everyone in our insurance plan happier & less stressed overall during Covid times. We're using mediciScribe from work but we've been able to continue seeing doctors outside office hours by creating new accounts under separate usernames / passwords for each provider. I like that the customer service personnel are always friendly, courteous and helpful. The software seems to be easy to use but is probably one of the better ones out there. It's not as difficult to learn as other programs on the market. Definitely give it a try. I can send documents with ease when I need to do so. I also know how to print any document in my inbox without going to an outside program.
