The bag didn't last as expected
I really like this bag. I bought it a little over a year ago. I've used it a lot but the wear and tear on the handles is terrible. Looks like it's been mine for years. I'm disappointed. looks terrible. I wish the handle was interchangeable. Maybe a design consideration for the next iteration. It stinks because to my knowledge VB handbags are out of warranty.
