Thing works and I love the smell. However, melting is very difficult. Other reviews said that a hair dryer is the way to go and that worked for me. However, it is like trying to light a candle. Give yourself enough time to tidy up your mustache because you will need it. The instructions that came with the product say "comb the mustache" once you apply it. Ha! Good luck with it! I went to the pet store and bought one of those steel dog combs. After applying the melted mustache wax, I lightly heat the comb with a lighter. Not too hot. It's very easy to get burned. I can confirm! Use a heated comb to melt the wax while combing through his mustache. Styling it to your liking is a breeze while the wax is still warm and soft. Your mustache will become tangled throughout the day from eating, talking, etc. A few puffs with a standard plastic pocket comb will bring everything back under control. I don't have to carry a jar of wax with me.
