Review on WMN_TRULYSTEP MSC03 Alcohol Moonshine Distiller by Patricia Jones

I'm torn. It's no different than any remanufactured stainless steel pot. The soldering between stainless steel and copper is mediocre at best, and the condenser pot was bent, leading me hesitantly to turn it back on. I could build better and I will, but I wanted to get my feet wet before I spent any money building it. He has his place and does a good job. But distillation is actually a simple process. There's no hard science behind it. I think there would have been added value if a thicker base plate was welded to it to eliminate hot spots from your torch and give the condenser more attention to detail. The only thing I had was the lack of a vent for the lid. I built one myself using the cheapest parts. Overall, this is a good option to start any distillation adventure.
