Not my best purchase, could have found something else.

I bought a amazon online store on September 26, 2022 (order U 9140260) for 6400 in Hong Kong. The sound disappeared after 10 days. I climbed everything in the settings up to a hard reset, the sound did not appear. They refused to change / return the money in the amazon. While I was going to  with them, the sound appeared (the next day). I don’t know what it was, but the conclusion was unambiguous for myself: it was the first and last purchase in amazon
