If I knew what service Sony provides, I would choose Xbox. Got cons: I really did not like the Sony service, the support is one of the most miserable that I have only seen and heard. It all started from the first day of buying a set-top box, I bought it in Amazon, there are no complaints about the store itself, the goods were sealed, fully working. The kit included a voucher for 3 months PS Plus, when entering it, an error occurred and looking at the back of the voucher, I realized that the voucher was overdue by just a few days, and therefore I had to contact Sony support. I called, they told me that I needed to write to their mail, which I did, the correspondence with the clarification of the data went on for about 2-3 days, after which I was assured that the issue would be resolved from 2 to 14 days. As you understand, dear reader, after 14 days of waiting, they froze me and asked me to wait for an indefinite time, which I really didn’t like and I have to write this review. Before buying a console, I chose between PS and Xbox, after such a "wonderful" PS service, I will not consider it in future purchases, which I do not advise you either.
