I liked the idea and look of this mask so I gave it a try. The fit is very good but not too tight. The eye hole mesh is very soft and big, I worry it will touch his eyes if he moves the mask at all. Two issues that make me stop recommending or buying this stylish mask. 1. no tear-off function. 2. Can be tricky to put on as you have to roll it up and pull it over your nose like putting on a pair of nylon stockings. My horse really wants me to do everything with it and trust me when I put this mask on it pulls, twists, one ear is flat and I put the other one in the ear hole. He stays, but my horse isn't the type to rip his gear off. If it had velcro at the top or under the neck this would be a keeper for me.
