I have had two of these trimmers. I sent the first one back because it only charged after a few uses. Revain allowed me to return even though the return window had been closed for two days. I don't use it often. I would say twice a month at best. (this time includes three months of leave during which the trimmer was left at home) And here I am again, and the trimmer is not taking a fee. After charging, the indicator will stop flashing, after three minutes of use, the indicator will start flashing again. I charge it again and wait for the light to go out. The light is blinking again! The "Questions" section of the manual says "Return after sale for repair". BUT GIVES NO INFORMATION ON WHERE TO SEND! Dissatisfied!
