Review on Microsoft Modern Mobile Mouse - Glacier (KTF-00056) by Maurice Strawther

I've bought hundreds of tech items in a year but I've never bought anything bad from such a high profile brand. I have already bought this product twice in my naivety, thinking that the previous incident was an accident. When I first bought the product, the scroll button broke within 3 months. It took me several days and many hours of phone calls to Microsoft support to finally find the right department to replace my mouse. Revain couldn't replace it because the return period for the product has expired. The scroll button on the replacement mouse also broke after a few months. Almost a year later I bought this mouse again thinking that although the product turned out to be bad it must have been a coincidence. But apparently this is a general product problem. My new mouse experienced the same product with a scroll button. And again the same frustration in the Microsoft Product Service call center. Purchase at your own risk.
