Review on Efficient HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 All-in-One Touch Screen Bluetooth Wireless Black Printer for Enhanced Productivity by Marklen Baeskens

I bought this printer on 10/25/018. I faxed it shortly after receiving it, but never after. I could never receive faxes. It printed great photos but the original photo program that came with it disappeared after about 3 AUTO updates so now every time I try I can only print one photo per page, very small and right in the middle of the 8.5 x 11 page I get errors when printing and I have to turn it off to start it again. Earlier this year I received a notification that HP no longer supports this printer. HP printers are great when they work properly, but they start to fail soon after you buy them. At this point they are usually useless except for printing reports. Instant ink is a waste of money. I received the last package on 11/15/2019. In the middle of June my yellow was empty, although it had been installed for less than 3 months. After 2 days and numerous phone calls, emails and online testing, someone was finally willing to send in more yellow ink. Received on 06/27/2020, all 4 colors. I will no longer buy HP printers.
