I installed it to replace the linear regulator I put in my desktop power supply until I can fix all the problems with it. As it is built into the PSU I made a modification and removed one of the trim pots and plugged in the existing 10 turn potentiometer which I used in its place to allow the voltage to be adjusted from the front of my PSU. The output seems very stable at the small loads I've put on it so far, I haven't tested it up to 3 amps yet. The only downside is that there is no output filtering, so there is some switching noise at the output. I measured about 70mV at 50kHz. If you use it as a desktop power supply, you should put an LC filter on the output to eliminate this noise.
