I bought these mainly for nature watching. We live on the water, in a bay teeming with wildlife including an Osprey nest. Great. This camera does the WORK at least 500 feet away. I posted a video that might look a bit grainy but that's because I cropped the image A LOT and the quality is still great. AT NIGHT, with a little fiddling, I can see things on signs hundreds of yards away. That's great. I wear out the engine if I don't stop playing with it so much. The camera works well over Wi-Fi, the camera is temporarily connected to the house. Since a connection is required, we are planning a CAT5 connection so that Wi-Fi is not an issue. I really like the app. With a little practice, you can actually track something and get great videos. Many different functions. I'm happy, happy, happy. I can't get it working from home but the camera has only been up for a few days and isn't a priority at the moment. I am amazed at the quality of the video. . If I can post more videos I will, at the moment they say I can't.
