I was very happy to see this set, it appeared on the Facebook forum and got good reviews, so I bought it pretty quickly. What mistake. The Inkbird itself came in a nice box and appeared to be built pretty subpar (I've had everything from Webber gear to Walmart specials, it seemed cheap). The app wasn't anything fancy, just a simple app for your phone that reports temps. I contacted support to see if the device had an IP rating for outdoor use in rainy weather (most devices in the price range will do), the company never responded. Tried several times but nothing. Rewain ended up emailing that it seemed like no one was answering my question (apparently they have an algorithm that measures response time from the time the question was received. I was shocked too. good value but I prefer to deal with companies that answer support questions when i need them so i returned it i would give it 3 stars but ignoring a paying customer was never a good idea so they were hurt.
