Although I only recently bought the model, I have given it a rating of five stars based on my prior experience with a Roborock S5. Everyone arranges their furnishings on the robot's legs so it can move around the house; there are no pets inside. Nobody ever moans about having to clean, though. He winds wires occasionally, and amusingly climbs floor scales and gets stuck on them at other times. Other times, he stacks a rug in the bathroom so he may relax there while lying down on it. The previous method had various shortcomings, such as a recurring loss of orientation within the house and the need to update the map of the premises in order to restore normal operation. He cleared a total of 65,000 m2 and clocked more than 1,100 hours working on the project throughout the course of his nearly 2.5 years with us. There was one malfunction during this time that happened a month ago; the robot reported that the engine of one of the wheels failed and that information was incorporated in the application. I handled the repair by myself. The robot's system exhibits a lot of creativity and forethought. We had to remove one block and put in another in order to solve the issue. The fix took about ten minutes to complete. I had already bought a replacement part on eBay within the hour. Our employee was mostly in the ranks the following day. The battery's capacity significantly reduced after a thousand recharge cycles, and I had to order a new one because it was no longer sufficient for the complete cleaning procedure. The wife was first against the notion of getting a robot, but after around two and a half years, she decided to have another helper. I'm confident that the S5max will uphold the high bar that its predecessor set.
