My favorite dollhouse set so far. The wiring is laid for you, which is a plus. In some cases, ducts are cut into the walls to hide wiring. This is a real doll house. The directions are very, very clear. Lots and lots of pictures. The little car is too cute. I like getting kits from this seller because you can have missing parts shipped to you without having to return the entire kit. The kit will come to you sealed. I like it. This set has many details. This is for older teens and adults who really love collecting things. Too often I see negative reviews because of all parts. Hello, this is such a craft set. Uncollected means you collect everything. Once completed, this house is NOT intended as a toy to play with. Show off your creation with pride. If you're looking for something for your little grandson, check out Fisher Price or Mattel. This set is not a rodeo. I look forward to many hours of collecting fun. If you are serious about crafting and love dollhouses, I would highly recommend this set. I hope Cuteroom will continue to offer more sets wired this way. Looks a lot better when the wires aren't sticking out everywhere.
