I had problems with the first protective cover and could not assemble it, although I followed the instructions as closely as possible. I think maybe I overheated it on the first try and it was so soft that it was very difficult to manipulate. After several warm ups it got a little better but still couldn't stay in place easily which bothered me when I slept with it. I had better luck trying the second guard and was able to use it with great success for about the past week or so. It stays on the teeth and does not cause any discomfort. The customer service is very good and they replace the first protector that I couldn't mold properly and they also include a free whitening gel. Very impressive and personalized responses to my emails. I recommend trying this product and this company!
