suitcase holder keeps popping up and getting stuck. I've tried pushing back, but it keeps popping up. Finally had to glue it with superglue, which now stays in place, but cannot use the stand on the housing. Even when the phone is in a case, the ringtone is difficult to hear due to the speaker cover for the ringtone. When I received the product the bag had been opened and may have been used. I hope the company replaces it with a new case and the stand stays in the holster.
