They are very knowledgeable in their industry sector, but they also get to know us as individuals too! Not only does it feel like we have built up great relationships with our account managers (Carmella is AM #1), there truly IS loyalty when you come back year after years of doing business together!! If I need something quickly or just some advice about an upcoming project that requires additional training/resources-she always has my best interest at heart regardless if she knows me personally OR not. We haven't run into anything big since starting working here; however Carmela keeps things running smoothly by setting goals every quarter so everyone can be sure all bases remain covered while projects roll along seamlessly. ! I like that it's easy to use, is intuitive, has pretty much everything you need in one place, has excellent customer service if needed (which we've never had). It does not have all of our needs but they are working hard at getting them added as this platform continues to grow. If your looking into an enterprise solution look no further than estegroup! We're using EGS for accounting/ERP purposes only so far.
