When my grandson opened this Christmas Eve he was thrilled. Then we found that a small part was missing and the bus wouldn't go straight. Undeterred he calls it the crazy bus and laughs hysterically as it zig zags across the floor. Chistmas day I sent a message to Fisa Trade asking if we could get a replacement part or if I should return the bus for a replacement. I got an answer Christmas day offering to send a replacement bus since it would take too long for just the part. As soon as I confirmed that this would be great a new bus was shipped. The new bus works perfectly and my grandson is having a great time with it. And he still laughs hysterically when the original bus zig zags across the floor.
