The helmet has clear lens and a small tinted lens that goes over the eyes to the tip of the nose. On the left hinge of the windscreen is a lever that controls the screen tint. The clear main screen is optically transparent. no wave ranges. This main screen can be adjusted while driving and stays safe. The chin strap attaches with a quick connect/disconnect buckle, NO D-RINGS! Hallelujah. There are two small ventilation openings on the top of the helmet that can be closed. These vents open on the back of the helmet. The finish is glossy and professional. The helmet is light (compared to a full face helmet) and very comfortable. I have a 7 3/4" head and wear a helmet that is about 24" tall and the XL size fits perfectly. A superb helmet in every way. I look forward to putting many miles in it.
