Ninja got it right. I use the pan for anything but steaks. I love the stainless steel exterior. Hand wash only and heat slowly for best results. Just a drop or two of olive oil is good enough. Always try to stay on medium or lower heat. I have an all stainless steel saute pan if I want to sear or do high heat cooking.
