I bought this product for my mom and she loved it! She told me if felt amazing. When she first used it she said she washed her face first and placed a warm damped towel over her face then she opened the product a applied it very easily. She left it on for a few minutes and then rinsed it off, and it left her face glowing, although she would unfortunately need to use it a few times before actually seeing the best results of the product.
