Other units where the bracket and head are separate use the bracket as a base which connects to the box behind the bracket. They then attach the head and connect it with metal pins. But NOT this device. This head has wires running through the mount. Therefore you need to pass the wires through the bracket and connect the wires (hold both parts). Then you need to attach the mount while holding the head. Very bad design.
