Great Running Shoes
It took me about seven miles to fully break in, but these were my running shoes. Run 3-5 miles, 3 or 4 times a week and they keep everything tight and tidy. A note: You can only wear compression stockings underneath, as any creases in the fabric can quickly become painful.
