My biggest criticism of these scales is that the zero point shifts. If you measure the same object 10 times in a row, you'll probably get a different weight every other measurement. I bought this scale to compare the weight of items to each other, only to keep noticing that the zero kept shifting. I highly recommend constantly checking the measurements with the second scale or checking your measurements and zero. Otherwise, it's a great budget scale.
