This was 25 to 50% more expensive than other systems I examined. But I bought this for the 2 x 15W power and it easily fills several rooms with music without having to be exceeding loud in either. The clock was easy to program, the BT connected easily and the CD player works very well. I have not tried the USB port, but everything seems of very good quality. The only trick is realizing that the On/Off toggle selector is on the back of the unit. The power button on the top of unit actually toggles the System Operation between the Clock and the Music system. Once I figured that out (it was in the beginning of the manual, but seemed counter intuitive at first) everything worked great. When you press the power button on top, the clock display disappears and the music system appears. Then the mode button works for FM, CD, BT, .Anyway, 2 minutes showing my wife all this and she is happy. I have no idea what sheerness is in the review, but I put a five star in that as well so no one would know that I didn't know.
