Very disappointed

I bought two of these phones. They didn't come unlocked. Everything was grayed out so you couldn't enter or change your service provider. I spent a total of over two hours on the phone with my phone provider and phone tech support to try to resolve the issue. Now the phones are being returned because nothing could be done. Both phones had the same issues so I couldn't relate to either of them. Bought and returned paper scale. So very disappointed.
