Easy to use, intuitive, good customer service, quick response time, friendly bot, great support, very professional, easy and fast to integrate with other platforms. I have been working with them for almost two years now and they are always willing to help me out in any way possible. They are always open to suggestions and new ideas. The only thing that I didn't like is the price of their services. I would highly recommend this product. We were looking for a chatbot platform that would allow us to automate our website sales process. The most important aspect was being able to quickly get up and running without needing a lot of experience or technical knowledge. We also needed something that would allow our team to be more efficient by handling some of our repetitive tasks.
