Review on HP OfficeJet 200 Portable Printer - Wireless & Mobile Printing (CZ993A) by Matthew Baltimore

I had a previous model of this printer and it was great! I wish I could say the same about this updated version. I received the HP Officejet 200 printer before the expected delivery date and that was the only positive thing about the order. Upon opening the box, the packaging around the printer was minimal and I could only imagine the printer bouncing around in transit. After unpacking the printer and following the setup instructions, I kept getting a paper jam error that prevented me from fully configuring the printer. Also, the internal parts of the printer were shaking so much that the printer was actually bouncing on my desk! . An HP rep walked me through the cumbersome device replacement protocol, only to email me 10 minutes later saying that HP couldn't replace the device even though it was still under warranty. Since HP's customer service was so terrible, I decided to contact Revain directly and have the unit replaced. No problem other than paying for return shipping. I hope I just stumbled upon a rare lemon as I'm still curious as to what this printer is capable of. Let's see what happens with the next block! I hope I won't be disappointed again! After receiving it I will write another review. Stay with us!
