This product is very well made. I have a CNC router and I wish it was this well made. They did a great job on the design. The facility also impressed me. Even when I got to page 3 of the English manual and pages 4-6 were skipped, I was able to understand the rest with my limited German and pictures (I found out later that the manual can be downloaded from the site). HOWEVER, the problem is in the laser itself, which is pretty important. I've had him for two weeks now. After playing with it I've finally figured out all the settings and feel pretty confident. With an output power of 4, after 2 weeks or maybe 5-6 hours of work the laser stopped working. I get pretty blue light and that's it. Even in the Lasergrbl, where 80% of the power would burn the crap out of the wood, I get nothing. Nada. zip code pshik. I have contacted support and we will take a look. The first time I got no answer. 🤷‍♂️
