The shoes arrived well packaged and very beautiful. They run small like other buyers have said so I enlarged them. Only problem is the bow on one shoe came off after my daughter wore it for her birthday so it was very disappointing as she was very upset. They also scratch very easily, but that's to be expected given the material. Besides, they were okay.
