And shoes would be nice too. I'm happy to pay a higher price.

Item is exactly the same as pictured. The cap cannot stay alone, it is simply put on the head. a simple elastic strap on the back or Velcro would solve this problem. My little scout daisy was very, very happy about this outfit. Another suggestion for improvement: I wish the skirt had built-in shorts. And shoes would be nice too. I would happily pay a higher price for a complete set.
