Die Instructions give the impression that the tape is already on the strips, but you have to apply it yourself. It's okay, but the tape itself is absolute crap. It worked for about half of the lanes. Otherwise it tore, difficult to peel off to reveal the sticky part, worked well on one side and didn't peel off at all on the other. I can't even use the used strips. Good thing I didn't need them all for this one room. But I was planning to use them in another room. It should come with extras if they are meant to be. Once attached with working adhesive strips it looks great but I wouldn't recommend it if you need them all!
