I usually use a regular curling iron which would require me to curl each strand myself but I wanted to save time so I decided to use this product. The packaging is very pretty, it includes a cordless curling iron, a comb, a charging cable and a nice black velvet pouch inside to store the tongs. At first I didn't know how to use curlers, so I turned to the guide, which turned out to be very useful. The curler has different temperature settings where you can turn the bottom "off" or "on" to achieve the heat settings you want (making it easier to use). Curling the first few strands of hair gave me nice curls, but as I started to curl more my hair became tangled and stuck in curlers (maybe because of my long hair). It really stuck but I didn't want to cut my hair so I decided to pull and luckily I pulled my hair back. My mom tried it and she had the same tangle problem but not as much (maybe because of her short hair). I stopped using it because I was concerned that my hair would get tangled in the rollers again, but I would say it's more convenient and less of a hassle than using a manual corded roller.
