Soft in the beginning, becomes hard
This wig was soft and beautiful the first two days. However, after 2 days it started to get stiff and fluffy on one side (probably a factory defect). I have conditioned him deeply and he feels better. The hair is thicker than in the photo. The seller was willing to partially refund my money. 4 stars for customer service.
